Amazing massage, and very friendly staff

Very open and welcoming environment with amazing instructors and staff! Everyone is super friendly, and the studio does a great job promoting women empowerment and self acceptance.The classes are very fun and upbeat. The workouts are intense, but still doable for all shapes and sizes.Loving it so far, and can’t wait for my next class!

I have seen both Laurie and Jessica and I would highly recommend either of them. They are both equally amazing at what they do. I have also recommended several people to them and they have not been disappointed. Very professional and knowledgeable.

It was the first time to visit here during COVID situation. Staff was friendly and the studio was super clean. They have some restrictions(you can’t go shopping area, you need to book…etc).

They have been very accommodating & conscious of my needs. I love that I can always reschedule online ahead of time if I need to, as I work swing shift & sometimes life just happens. I came to Dr. Chow to treat my lower back pain. He not only provided me with a great treatment session for immediate relief but also worked with me to build better long-term habits through stretches and exercises for my back. Overall, I found Dr. Chow to provide great patient care with an approachable communication style in the way that he answers questions and gives explanations for his treatment plans.

I'm beyond grateful that I found this wonderful place! I have been to many massage therapists and have had several different kinds of therapies due to my fibromyalgia; Wellness Solutions is my ultimate forever favorite! All of the staff is extremely educated, friendly all around fabulous! Everytime I walk in the door, I get this huge strong positive/calming aura/vibe. I absolutely love going there.
